Job Description : RTC (Route to Consumer Transformation Lead) Cameroon This is not a desk role , this is a field leadership role for someone obsessed with winning in the market. We’re looking for a high-impact FMCG leader to drive UCB’s Route-to-Consumer transformation across distribution, field execution, outlet coverage, and volume growth. What you’ll lead: • RTC transformation (PAP, Spiders, Mini Depots, Top Depots) • Numeric distribution & market execution growth • Distributor & wholesale performance • SFA/DMS adoption and field sales effectiveness • Route rides, market storming & execution audits Ideal profile: • 12–18+ years in FMCG (beverages preferred) • Strong RTM/ RTC transformation experience • Deep understanding of African trade & last-mile distribution • Field-first, execution-driven leader We are looking for a field general, not a manager.
