Job Description : FINANCE HEAD UAE a fast-growing FMCG organisation in Dubai to hire a Head of Finance for their Middle East & Africa business. This is a strategic leadership role with direct impact on business growth, financial governance, commercial decision-making, and regional expansion across MEA markets. What we are looking for: Qualified CA is mandatory 12–15 years of strong business finance experience FMCG / consumer industry exposure preferred Experience managing complex, multi-country operations High ownership mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally The client is specifically looking for someone who is hands-on and willing to “get their hands dirty” when required, while also partnering closely with leadership Please note: This opportunity is currently open only for locally based UAE candidates.
