Job Description : COUNTRY PROCUREMENT MANAGER Kenya RESPONSIBILITIES • To manage procurement activities for the global supply chain category within the cluster. • To negotiate strategic contracts and ensure optimum and sustainable supply conditions. • To ensure sustainability of supply and effective supplier relationship management through the supply chain. • To establish alignment and effective communication among procurement organization, business partners and suppliers. • To create good working environment to make teams accountable, motivated and provide a platform for honest and constructive feedback. • To ensure team workload is distributed evenly, encourage collaboration internally and within the cluster. www.lin.din.comlcompany/shugulika REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 15 years' experience in multinational company. • Advanced Degree (Masters as added advantage) in related fields. • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills. • Dedication, patience and ability to remain calm in tense situations.
