Job Description : Senior Finance Controller / Head of Finance Operations Position:Senior Finance Controller / Head of Finance Operations Location : Tanzania / Kenya Compensation * INR 2,00,000 – 5,00,000 per month * Expat Benefits Included Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Trading, FMCG, Logistics, Infrastructure, or Multi-Entity Business Operations shall be preferred. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically driven finance professional to lead and oversee the complete Finance Operations function for our business operations in Tanzania. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, operational finance expertise, commercial understanding, and the ability to manage large-scale financial operations in a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the overall finance and accounts operations of the organization * Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and strategic financial analysis * Ensure strong internal controls, compliance frameworks, and financial governance practices * Manage cash flow, banking relationships, working capital, and treasury functions * Monitor profitability, operational efficiencies, and cost optimization initiatives * Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws, audit requirements, and corporate reporting standards * Supervise accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting functions * Drive ERP implementation, process improvements, and automation initiatives across finance operations * Work closely with senior management and business leadership teams on strategic business decisions and expansion plans Desired Candidate Profile: * Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA Finance, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred * Strong leadership and people management abilities * Excellent analytical, commercial, and strategic finance skills * Experience in handling multi-location or international business finance operations shall be an added advantage * Strong exposure to ERP systems, MIS reporting, financial controls, and operational finance management * Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
