Job Description : Head Factory Operations (ENA Distillery) | Green Hills Agric Products Limited Are you an experienced leader in the ethanol or biofuel manufacturing space? Green Hills Agric Products Limited is seeking a high-caliber Head Factory Operations to join our team in Edo State, Nigeria. We operate an advanced ENA manufacturing facility, and we need a decisive, hands-on leader to drive operational excellence, safety, and profitability. What you’ll do: Lead the end-to-end operation of our ENA facility (Milling, Fermentation, Distillation, and CO2 recovery). Drive OEE and ensure near 100% plant availability. Optimize utility consumption and energy efficiency (Biogas & Waste Heat Recovery). Lead and mentor a cross-functional technical team. What you bring: 7–15 years of experience in ENA, ethanol, or distillery operations. A strong engineering background (Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial). Proven expertise in budgeting, cost control, and regulatory compliance. "Grit"—the resilience to tackle complex operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
