Job Description : Vice President – Operations BELGRADE, SERBIA Drive integrated manufacturing operations across fabrication, supply chain, production planning, powder coating, assembly, logistics, maintenance, and operational excellence. What you’ll drive: •? ?Operational excellence across end to end manufacturing •? ?Productivity, throughput, and on time delivery improvement •? ?Standardisation and bill of materials driven manufacturing systems •? ?Lean manufacturing and process discipline across plants •? ?Cross functional alignment across engineering, production, quality control, and supply chain teams You fit if you: •? ?Have 18–25 years of leadership experience in fabrication, sheet metal, modular manufacturing, or electrical panel industries •? ?Bring strong expertise in Computer Numerical Control fabrication, welding, production planning, and integrated plant operations •? ?Have led large manufacturing teams with measurable operational impact •? ?Understand manufacturing scalability, inventory optimisation, and operational systems •? ?Can drive execution discipline in high performance industrial environments
