Key Responsibilities: • Drive overall business strategy, growth & profitability • Lead multi-location operations across Chemicals & Paper divisions • Oversee plant operations, commercial functions & business development • Strengthen systems, processes & operational excellence • Drive cost optimization, capacity utilization & expansion initiatives • Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams • Ensure compliance, safety & sustainability standards ? Engineering + MBA / CA + MBA ? Proven experience as CEO / Business Head / Profit Centre Head ? Managed organizations with turnover of ?300 Cr+ ? Strong exposure to Industrial Chemicals & Paper industry ? Experience handling both technical & commercial functions
