Job Description : Chief Security Officer (CSO) ZAMBIA We are looking for an experienced Indian Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead and strengthen enterprise-wide security operations for a large manufacturing organization. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute corporate security strategy • Oversee plant, warehouse & corporate office security • Manage physical security, surveillance, access control & crisis response • Drive risk management, compliance & business continuity planning • Lead cybersecurity coordination with IT teams • Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory authorities ???? Ideal Candidate Profile: • 18+ years of experience in corporate / industrial security • Strong background in manufacturing, industrial plants, logistics, infrastructure, steel, cement, chemical, glass, FMCG or similar sectors • Expertise in risk management, investigations, crisis handling & compliance • Ex-CISF / CRPF / Armed Forces / Police officers with corporate experience preferred ????
