Job Description : GM QSR BRAZIL Create a thorough business plan for the restaurants that takes the local competition, the market, sales revenue, and costs into account Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while providing quick service for all restaurant customers Assure all products and services are consistent with company quality standards Recruit, interview, train, and motivate restaurant staff Manage appropriate inventory levels of food and dining products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends Make sure that all laws and standards for food service sanitation are followed General Manager (Quick Service) qualifications Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets Must have 18+ years prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role, preferably in quick service food industry Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
