Job Description : GM CASUAL DINING/QSR CARIBBEAN . Operational Management • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality. • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards (food safety regulations, sanitation, etc.). • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and reducing waste. • Ensure timely food preparation and service during peak hours. 2. Customer Service & Satisfaction • Ensure customers receive quick, friendly, and quality service. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently. • Implement strategies to improve guest experience and retention. • Monitor online reviews and feedback, making necessary improvements. 3. Team Leadership & Staff Management • Hire, train, and develop employees to maintain high performance. • Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth shifts. • Motivate and engage staff to foster a positive work environment. • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. 4. Financial & Sales Management • Control costs by managing labor, food, and operational expenses. • Increase sales through promotions, upselling, and customer engagement. • Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and profitability. • Meet sales targets and improve restaurant revenue. 5. Compliance & Safety • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality regulations. • Maintain equipment and restaurant facilities for smooth functioning. • Train staff on safety procedures and emergency protocols. 6. Marketing & Community Engagement • Implement local marketing strategies to attract more customers. • Engage with the community and participate in events for brand visibility. • Leverage social media and digital platforms to promote.
