Job Description : GREENFIELD PROJECT MOULDING POTATO CHIPS TANZANIA 18+ years experience responsible for delivering a complete potato chips manufacturing plant from planning stage to full production. The focus is on completing the project on time, within budget, and as per required standards. Develop and manage project plan, timeline, and budget Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and vendors Oversee civil works and plant construction Manage installation and commissioning machinery Set up utilities (power, steam, water, air, effluent systems) Lead trial runs and resolve technical issues Implement quality systems and food safety standards Manage hiring and coordination of project team Track progress and report to management Preferred candidate profile -BE/BTECH (Mech) /Chemical/with exp in green field projects / food/ fmcg / Potato chips/ exp in setting up food manufacturing plant/ delivery of projects from start to production
