Your Playground: • Multiple workshops across farms • Fleet of tractors, trucks & heavy equipment • A system that needs STRUCTURE, DISCIPLINE & OWNERSHIP What You’ll Actually Do: Turn scattered workshops into a well-oiled machine Crush downtime & boost equipment uptime Build bulletproof spare parts & inventory systems Bring SOP-driven execution Lead, train & upgrade technical teams on ground Who You Are: • 10+ yrs in heavy equipment / fleet / workshop ecosystem • Background in tractors / mining / construction / agri machinery • Managed multi-site operations (not just one unit) ????
