Job Description : Commercial/Contracts Management UAE Real Estate Developer in the UAE that is searching for a Commercial Manager. This role will responsible pre and post contract management of the projects including budget preparation. Candidates must have hands on experience preparing tender documents from scratch. Ideal candidates will have mixed experience with Consultancies and Developers. Candidates with Civil Engineering degree will be preferred but its not mandatory. Large scale mixed use development experience desired. Experience in Dubai and Abu Dhabi desired.
