Job Description : Head -production -Animal feed plant -MNC- Tanzania Degree/Diploma with 10 years exp in cattle and poultry pellet feed plants ---- · manage day-to-day production in the feed plant, ensuring consistent quality, efficient use of materials, and proper operation of machinery from raw material intake to finished product.Supervise all production stages: intake, grinding, mixing, pelleting, cooling, and packing Plan production based on orders and stock levels Monitor raw material availability and coordinate procurement Ensure quality checks at every stage Control moisture, particle size, and pellet quality Minimize wastage and production losses Coordinate machine Maintenance Maintain accurate production records and reports Ensure safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards Train and supervise production staff, exp in feed production --Good communications skill, computer skill -
