Group Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : Group Chief Financial Officer in Kolkata or Patna within the manufacturing industry, specifically in steel and pulp & paper. Key qualifications include: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA); MBA (Finance) preferred - Over 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing - Strong exposure to steel fabrication and pulp & paper manufacturing industries - Proven experience in treasury, fund raising, working capital management, and compliance - Ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions - Act as a strategic partner advisor to the CMD/Director on financial planning, growth initiatives, capex, diversification, and risk management - Expertise in statutory, taxation, and compliance matters - Knowledge in manufacturing and operational finance
