Group Commercial Director

Job Description : Group Commercial Director ???? Lagos, Nigeria (Expat Role) We are seeking a highly experienced Group Commercial Director to lead commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across multiple business units, including foam mattresses and tissue manufacturing, within Nigeria and regional markets. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and execute group-wide commercial strategy and growth plans • Oversee sales, marketing, distribution, and business development • Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability • Strengthen distribution channels and key client relationships • Develop pricing strategies and monitor margins • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and finance • Build and lead high-performing commercial teams Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) • 10+ years of experience, including 7+ years in senior commercial leadership • Strong background in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods • Experience in African markets (Nigeria preferred) • Proven track record in revenue growth and team leadership Salary range : $6000-$7000 Working 6 days/Week Package & Benefits: • Competitive executive salary + performance bonus • Housing allowance, company car, health insurance
