FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER DUBAI a Family Office Business based in Dubai, seeking to hire a Finance Manager. Responsibilities: - Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities across multiple entities - Manage accounting operations, reconciliations and month-end / year-end reporting processes - Support treasury, liquidity management and working capital monitoring - Coordinate audits and work closely with external advisors, regulatory stakeholders and service providers - Ensure strong financial controls, governance standards and regulatory compliance frameworks - Drive finance process improvements, reporting enhancements and systems optimisation initiatives Requirements: - 8+ years of experience across finance and accounting - Background within investment management, financial services, private investment environments or family office structures preferred - Strong understanding of IFRS, financial reporting and multi-entity environments - Exposure to treasury, compliance and financial controls - Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or CIMA preferred
