Job Requirements: • Excellent and proven experience in leading and managing Export as well as Domestic Automobile Parts Sales • Ability to motivate, guide, and align Sales Teams with Management objectives • Supporting HOD in implementation of Annual Business Strategy • Strong Market Intelligence and Market Strategy planning skills • Conducting Periodical Sales Reviews and Performance Monitoring • Accounts Receivable (AR) Monitoring & Receivable Management • Daily coordination with teams regarding operational issues ???? Qualification: • Engineering Graduate with Management Qualification • 20–25 years of relevant experience in Parts Sales with reputed Automotive Organizations • Minimum 5–10 years of experience handling large teams and high-turnover business accounts
