Key Responsibilities: ???? Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and elevate an established team of 6 finance professionals. ???? Financial Strategy: Drive accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term fiscal planning alongside executive leadership. ???? Technical Reporting: Take full ownership of complex financial reporting, compliance frameworks, and strict IFRS standards. ????? Internal Controls: Oversee and strengthen the internal control environment to safeguard assets and ensure absolute financial compliance. ???? Who We Are Looking For: ???? Qualifications: Fully qualified ACA / ACCA professional. ???? Audit Background: A solid foundational background in audit (Big 4 exposure is highly preferred). ???? Technical Expertise: Exceptional knowledge of technical accounting, group reporting, and financial frameworks. ????? Sector Advantage: Prior experience within Energy, Offshore, Infrastructure, Shipping, or Asset-Heavy industries is a significant advantage. ????? Management Track Record: Proven leadership experience with a natural ability to manage and develop accounting teams.
