Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER ???? Castech Middle East is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead finance operations and support business growth in Sharjah, UAE. ???? Location: Sharjah, UAE ???? Position: Finance Manager ???? Experience: 10+ Years Key Responsibilities ? Oversee financial accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations ? Manage budgeting, cash flow, fund flow, and financial planning ? Supervise ERP financial systems, audits, reporting, and internal controls ? Monitor receivables, customer payments, credit approvals, and banking transactions ? Oversee inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and cost control ? Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports ? Lead finance team performance and guide junior accounting staff ? Ensure VAT, taxation, audit submissions, and compliance requirements are met on time Requirements ? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related field ? ACCA / CMA / CPA preferred ? 5+ years of finance/accounting experience with leadership exposure ? Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, audit, budgeting, ERP systems, and cash flow management ? Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills ? Experience in construction / manufacturing / trading industry preferred
