Job Description : Group CFO A finance leader in logistics does far more than manage numbers. They manage movement, margins, forex pressure, working capital, banking relationships, operational discipline, and business continuity — often across multiple countries at the same time. One of the renowned logistics and transport groups in East Africa is looking for a Group CFO. The role calls for a commercially sharp and operationally strong finance leader who can: • Lead group-wide finance operations across multiple entities • Drive treasury, liquidity, forex, and cash flow management • Strengthen governance, reporting, and internal controls • Partner with operational teams on pricing and margin discipline • Support strategic growth and expansion initiatives • Lead finance transformation and ERP optimisation initiatives The environment is entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and operationally intensive.
