This senior leadership role oversees a true omni-channel business spanning retail stores, eCommerce, wholesale partnerships, and end-to-end brand and product strategy, with a strong focus on driving sustainable growth and operational excellence. About you: • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within retail, wholesale, eCommerce, or multi-channel consumer businesses • Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability and a track record of driving growth • Experience leading across retail, wholesale, and digital/eCommerce channels • Ability to develop and execute brand, product, and customer strategies • Strong leadership capability with experience building and developing high-performing teams • Confident managing key stakeholder and partner relationships at a national level • Hands-on, entrepreneurial operator comfortable in fast-paced and evolving environments • Strong operational and execution focus with the ability to balance strategy and detail
