Job Description : CEO Location: Middle East Experience: 20 to 25 Years Industry: Manufacturing Key Responsibilities · Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term business strategies, translate the Board of Directors' vision into actionable goals, and expand the company's market footprint. · Operational Excellence: Oversee all facets of plant operations, manufacturing processes, and R&D. Champion lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce waste. · Financial Management: Own total P&L, including revenue growth, margin optimization, budgeting, and capital allocation. · Supply Chain & Procurement: Direct vendor management, inventory control, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted material flow and cost efficiency. · Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a strong senior executive team (VP of Operations, CFO, Sales Directors, etc.) and foster a safe, high-performance, and compliant workplace culture. · Compliance & Safety: Ensure the organization adheres to statutory, environmental, safety, and industry-specific regulatory standards. · Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary representative to investors, strategic partners, and key clients. Ideal Qualifications · Experience: 20 Years + years of progressive executive leadership experience, with at least 57 years serving in a CEO, COO, or President role within the manufacturing or industrial sector. · Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant technical field. A Master's degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
