Job Description : Head, Admin & Facility Management NIGERIA LOCATION: Lagos We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Head, Admin & Facility Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our subsidiary. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, managing administrative functions, and supporting the achievement of business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Foster a positive work culture by promoting company values, communication, and employee engagement Develop and manage budgets, plans, and performance metrics to achieve organizational goals Implement and enforce policies related to administration, fleet management, and Health & Safety Drive strategic and innovative initiatives to support business growth Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including clients, government authorities, and partners Ensure ethical business practices and enhance the company’s corporate image Manage vendor onboarding and relationships Oversee rent collection and preparation of client service charges Supervise office renovations, refurbishments, and general facility management Provide leadership and supervision to Admin Officers Stay updated with industry trends through continuous professional development Requirements: Bachelors Degree in a related field 18 years’ relevant experience Strong organizational and communication skills Prior experience managing a small team, preferably in a multicultural environment
