Job Description : Sales Manager – International Markets (Tyre Sales) ???? Location: Kolkata ???? Job Type: Full-time ???? CTC: As per industry standards Dunlop Tyres India is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead international tyre sales across APAC and Africa markets. This is a pure sales role focused on driving export business growth, expanding distributor networks, and strengthening global market presence. Key Responsibilities ? Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets ? Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners across APAC and Africa ? Drive export sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts ? Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, competitor activities, and pricing trends ? Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and distribution agreements with overseas customers ? Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, customers, and sourcing partners ? Coordinate with internal teams for export documentation, logistics, shipment planning, and customer support ? Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings Qualifications & Skills ? Bachelor’s Degree ? 20+ years of relevant experience in international tyre sales/export business ? Retired professionals from reputed tyre companies are strongly preferred ? Strong exposure to export markets and distributor management across APAC and Africa ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills ? Strong sales orientation with the ability to independently drive business growth ? Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/reporting tools ? Willingness to travel internationally as required
