Job Overview: - We are hiring for a major industrial project in Jubail and are looking for an experienced Contracts & Procurement Lead to manage procurement strategy, tendering, supplier coordination, and contract execution. ? Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain -15+ years of procurement and contracts experience -Strong EPC / industrial project experience -Experience managing tenders, RFQs, and contract lifecycle -Knowledge of SAP / Oracle / procurement systems -Strong supplier and commercial management skills -Strong reporting and coordination skills ?
