COUNTRY MANAGER

Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER IVC This strategic leadership role will be responsible for managing commercial activities, shipping, logistics, warehousing, and operational performance, while driving sustainable sales growth, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and strengthening relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and governmental authorities. Reporting Structure: - Direct reporting line to the Africa Head of Trade - Secondary reporting line to the CEO Key Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline - 10–15 years of experience within the fertilizers industry or a related multinational agricultural environment - Minimum 3–5 years in a senior leadership role managing both local and regional operations - Fluency in Arabic, French, and English is mandatory - Strong understanding of market dynamics and regulatory frameworks within the region - Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities - Proven track record in executing business strategies and delivering commercial results - Strong financial and operational management skills - Prior fertilizers industry experience is essential Compensation & Benefits: - Monthly gross salary up to USD 7,000 (with flexibility for outstanding profiles) - Accommodation allowance up to USD 1,600 per month - Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employee and family - Company-provided transportation - Annual round-trip airfare to home country for expatriates and eligible family members (economy class) - One-time relocation support of USD 5,000 for candidates relocating from outside Côte d’Ivoire
