Job Description : Commercial Director – Chemicals Distribution ???? Location: Luanda, Angola ????Compensation: Competitive gross salary package + up to 25% bonus We are supporting a leading player in the industrial chemicals distribution sector who is focused on strengthening their existing footprint in Angola. Due to an internal promotion in the company, they are looking for a Commercial Director to drive growth and market positioning in the country. ???? Your Mission: ? You will lead the commercial strategy and execution for the Industrial Chemicals business, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion ?Develop and manage a high-performing customer portfolio (incl. key accounts & multinationals) ? Drive commercial performance (pricing, volumes, margins, receivables, inventory) ?Build and execute business development plans across targeted segments Lead and structure the local sales organization ???? What We Are Looking For? ?Minimum 8+ years of B2B experience in chemicals distribution or industrial B2B trading, ideally within Angola ?Proven track record in commercial leadership and market knowledge of local Angolan laws, distribution channel and key clientele ?Strong exposure to African markets (Angola experience highly valued) ?Experience managing key accounts and developing new markets ?Solid understanding of P&L, margins, and working capital drivers ?Excellent fluency in English is required, Portuguese is a plus ?Ideal candidate must live and work currently in Angola
