Job Description : Business Head (Construction Chemicals) - East Africa This position is for leading construction chemical manufacturing company with presence across East African countries: Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Rwanda, DRC Congo and Burundi Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering / chemistry + MBA Experience: 12 Years in construction chemicals, building materials (water proofing or tiling - Adhesives/ Grouts) African Experience is a MUST The incumbent will be responsible to effectively manage end-to-end Manufacturing, Production, Sales, Marketing, and allied activities. This role requires a balance of market expansion, commercial discipline, and operational excellence. Should have strong exposure to project sales, retail distribution, & specification selling. Ability to manage large, geographically dispersed teams. Strong business acumen and ability to identify and convert opportunities. Good communication & Strong analytical and administrative skills.
