Regional EHS

Job Description : Regional EHS Lead to support upstream plantation and mill operations across Africa, covering Nigeria, Uganda, Ghana, and Ivory Coast. This role will lead EHS governance, operational risk management, leadership engagement, and capability development across geographically dispersed and high-risk operations. We are looking for someone with: • Strong operational EHS leadership experience • Multi-site or regional exposure • Plantation, manufacturing, industrial, or high-risk industry background • Passion for building safer and stronger operational cultures • Willingness to travel across Africa operations This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in strengthening safety, protecting people, and supporting sustainable operations across the region.
