Key Responsibilities: ·Take full responsibility for facilities management across multiple UK sites ·Set up and implement PPM schedules, FM systems, processes, and standards as the portfolio grows ·Manage all contractor relationships, including procurement, performance, and cost control ·Ensure full compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations ·Support new site openings and ongoing operational improvements
