20 yearsJob Description : GM HR AND ADMINISTRATION CANADA Open to International candidates a proactive, hands-on professional for the AM/DM – HR & Administration role to manage end-to-end HR operations and office administration while contributing to a positive, high-performance work culture. Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction Handle employee lifecycle processes such as confirmations, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and statutory documentation Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations Administration Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management Manage vendors, housekeeping, security, transport, office supplies, and maintenance contracts Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and workplace safety standards Coordinate travel arrangements, guest management, and event logistics Monitor administrative budgets and optimize operational costs Liaise with external agencies, government authorities, and service providers as required Desired Candidate Profile- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification 20+ years of experience in HR & Administration Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
