SECURITY SECURITY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage FM as a self-sustaining profit centre Oversee MEP, HVAC, Utilities, Housekeeping, Security, Landscaping & Fire Safety Systems Ensure preventive maintenance & efficient service delivery Manage budgets, vendors & contracts effectively Drive tenant satisfaction & relationship management Use SMARTCHECK or similar CAFM platforms for smart operations Ensure compliance, safety & regulatory standards INNOVATION & SUSTAINABILITY Digital.
