Division Manager

Job Description : Division Manager – FMCG position at White Stores Company, Kuwait. Key Requirements: • 10–15 years of FMCG experience (Kuwait/GCC market preferred) • Strong experience in sales leadership, business development, and key account management • Proven ability in managing principals, retailers, and large customer accounts • Strong skills in driving sales growth, market expansion, and profitability • Experience in trade marketing, distribution, and in-store execution • Ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory Key Responsibilities: • Lead overall division sales performance and achieve growth targets • Manage relationships with key customers, retailers, and brand principals • Develop and execute business and sales strategies • Oversee trade marketing and ensure strong market execution • Monitor budgets, profitability, and overall business performance • Coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability and efficiency
