Group Operations Manager

Job Description : Group Operations Manager ???? UAE / KSA (Open Location) We are seeking an experienced Group Operations Manager to lead and optimize power generation operations across multiple sites in the region. This role requires a strong electrical engineering background with deep experience in rental power systems, hybrid energy, and emergency/fast-track power projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations of power generation and hybrid systems. Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. Monitor and improve operational KPIs (availability, efficiency, fuel usage). Provide technical oversight on MV/LV systems, switchgear, transformers, and synchronization. Support commissioning, testing, and integration of temporary power equipment. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client/OEM coordination. Ensure full compliance with HSE and operational standards. Requirements Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or related field). 10–15 years’ experience in power generation operations. Strong background in rental/temporary power systems. Experience in multi-site operational management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
