Responsibilities of the F&B Director: Oversee the property’s multiple food and beverage operations including staff management, customer service, financial performance, health and safety Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth functioning of service and upholding the highest quality standards Ensure all queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally Recruit, train and lead the food and beverage team Establish and foster a great work environment for the team, ensuring team members are fully supported and equipped to do their jobs
