Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – East Africa A leading and rapidly growing FMCG organization in East Africa is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and drive business performance across the organization. ???? Lead financial strategy, planning, reporting, treasury, and governance initiatives ???? Partner with senior leadership to support business growth and profitability ???? Build and develop high-performing finance teams ???? Drive strong internal controls, compliance, and performance management practices ? Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent ? 10–15 years of progressive finance experience ? Minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership role ? Strong FMCG or related industry background preferred ? Experience in multi-entity or group structures will be an advantage ???? Location: East Africa
