Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and strengthen client relationships. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction. Prepare and present detailed business reports to senior management, outlining progress and future plans. Oversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all operations. A degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution. Proven expertise in sales and business development within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a high-performing team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth. Effective communication and negotiation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving organizational goals
