Job Description : HSE Manager | Infrastructure Projects | Dubai, UAE We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join our infrastructure project team in Dubai. ???? Requirements: ? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline ? Minimum 10+ years of HSE experience in UAE infrastructure projects ? Strong experience in roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, and related infrastructure works in UAE. ? Certified in ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems ? Level 6 or Level 7 certification is mandatory ? Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and PTW systems ? Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills ???? Responsibilities: ? Lead project HSE activities and ensure full compliance with client and regulatory requirements ? Conduct site inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and safety training programs ? Prepare and review risk assessments, method statements, and HSE reports ? Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions ? Promote a proactive safety culture across all project activities
