20 yearsJob Description : Project & Facilities Manager | Dubai I'm currently representing a well-established international consumer brand that is looking to appoint a Project & Facilities Manager to oversee its physical footprint across the MENA region. This is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for managing facilities operations, store development projects, capital improvements, vendor relationships, and retail expansion initiatives across multiple locations. Key areas of responsibility include: • Managing facilities across offices, retail stores, distribution centres, and operational sites • Leading store openings, refurbishments, and fit-out projects • Managing project budgets, capex planning, procurement, and vendor contracts • Driving operational efficiency, compliance, maintenance, and sustainability initiatives • Partnering with regional and global stakeholders on retail development and infrastructure projects Requirements: 12++ years' experience within facilities management, retail projects, store development, or multi-site operations • Strong project management and budget ownership experience • Exposure to retail, consumer, hospitality, logistics, or multi-location environments • Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and capital projects • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify efficiencies and drive ROI
