Job Description : INTERNAL AUDIT DIRECTOR KUWAIT FOR CONSULTING FIRM 15+ years experience Role Description:- This role in Internal Audit requires multi-dimensional capabilities. They are responsible for growing existing accounts, risk-based audit planning, project execution and reporting. The candidate should be a self-starter and should have the drive to grow the business and enhance the service offerings. Key Responsibility Area:- - Develop a deep understanding of client's business and build lasting relationships with client personnel. They ensure successful completion of assigned audit engagements, from start to finish, inclusive of preplanning and wrap up activities. Depending on assigned engagement, reports to one or more member(s) of the Internal Audit senior management team - Ensures adequate focus on personal professional growth relevant to taking on more challenging assignments, in line with standard audit career progression - proactively seeks relevant Education and training opportunities - Ensures audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances, and risk - Develops audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives. - Assist in preparing project plan, work program, perform data analyses, document working papers etc. as required by the execution team - Business development and growth of the practice in terms of revenue, team, and profitability. Key Performance Indicator:- - Timely delivery/TAT/Timeline coherence - Meaningful role in long-term planning - Improving revenue generation - Business expands. - Looking for organizational growth. Scope Of Work:- Opportunity to handle entire Golf Country Desired Candidate: - CA/ MBA with minimum 10+ yrs of experience. - Looking candidate from BIG Consulting experience with Big 4 or Strategy firms. - Excellent Communication Skills
