Job Description : Sales Manager – Beverages Location: East Africa Industry: Beverages Employment Type: Full-Time | Expat Opportunity Age Criteria : between 35 years to 45 years. A reputed Beverage group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth, distributor management, and market expansion across the region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share • Manage distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts • Drive secondary sales and market penetration • Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends • Lead and coordinate with sales teams to achieve business targets • Strengthen customer relationships and expand distribution networks PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: • Experience in Beverage / FMCG Sales/RTM • Strong knowledge of distributor and channel sales management • Exposure to African markets preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills • Ability to drive business growth in competitive markets QUALIFICATION: Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred PERKS & BENEFITS: ?
