Drive Revenue Growth, Market Expansion, Customer Acquisition, Strategic Partnerships & Profitability While Strengthening Greenville LNG's Market Leadership. Key Responsibilities Business Growth Develop & Execute the National Sales Strategy. Achieve Annual Revenue, Volume & Margin Targets. Drive LNG Sales To: Power Plants Manufacturing Companies Cement Plants Mining Companies Food & Beverage Companies Commercial & Industrial Customers Expand LCNG & CNG Station Network. Business Development Identify New Markets & Growth Opportunities. Develop Strategic Alliances With Fleet Operators, Transport Companies & Industrial Clusters. Lead Contract Negotiations & Commercial Agreements. Build Relationships With Government Agencies, Regulators & Key Stakeholders. Key Account Management Manage Large Industrial & Power Sector Customers. Ensure Customer Retention, Satisfaction & Growth. Lead Pricing Strategy, Commercial Proposals & Contract Renewals. Team Leadership Lead Regional Sales Managers & Business Development Teams. Establish KPIs & Performance Management Systems. Build A High-Performance Commercial Organization. Commercial & Financial Management Lead Sales Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning. Monitor Market Intelligence & Competitor Activities. Drive Receivables Management & Working Capital Improvement. Ensure Profitability Across All Commercial Operations. Qualification & Experience Bachelor's Degree In Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering Or Business Administration. MBA Preferred. 20–25 Years Of Experience In Oil & Gas Sales, Business Development & Commercial Leadership. Strong Experience In LNG, CNG, LPG, Natural Gas, Industrial Fuels Or Energy Sectors. Proven Track Record Of Leading Large Sales Teams & Achieving Aggressive Growth Targets. Experience Managing Industrial, Infrastructure & Power Sector Customers. Exposure to African Markets Would Be An Advantage. Key Competencies Strategic Sales Leadership Business Development & Market Expansion Commercial Negotiation Key Account Management P&L Management Team Leadership & Talent Development Stakeholder Management Contract Management Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis Preferred Industry Background Candidates From LNG, CNG, Industrial Gas, Fuel Retail, Petrochemicals, Power, Energy Infrastructure & Gas Distribution Businesses Would Be Preferred.
