20 yearsJob Description : HR & Administration Head IRELAND Open to International candidates The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in plant HR management, statutory compliance, employee relations, industrial relations, and factory administration within reputed pharma organizations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end Plant HR & Administration functions. • Handle employee relations, industrial relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes. • Ensure compliance with all labour laws, factory regulations, statutory requirements, and HR policies. • Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives. • Coordinate with plant leadership to support business and operational objectives. • Oversee contract labour management and vendor coordination. • Maintain cordial union and employee relations to ensure smooth plant operations. • Monitor attendance, payroll inputs, leave management, and HRMIS activities. • Ensure implementation of HR systems, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. • Manage security, transport, canteen, housekeeping, and general administration functions. • Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation related to HR & Admin activities. Candidate Profile: • MBA – HR / MHRM from a reputed institution. • 20+ years of experience in Plant HR & Administration. • Mandatory experience from reputed Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies only. • Strong knowledge of labour laws, factory compliances, and industrial relations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
