Job Description : Area Manager (Fashion Retail) x 5 ( Jamaica, St Marteen, St Kitts, Suriname and St Topaz) A leading Fashion Retail Company is looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee and drive the performance of multiple retail stores. Requirements: - Maximum age: 35 years old. - Minimum 10years of experience as an Area Manager or in a similar retail leadership role. - Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Ability to analyze sales performance and implement action plans. - Experience in the fashion/apparel retail industry is preferred. Responsibilities: - Manage and support multiple store operations. - Achieve sales targets and business objectives. - Monitor KPIs and improve store performance. - Ensure excellent customer service standards. - Coach, train, and develop store teams.
