Job Description : Technical Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Industry: Energy Salary: SAR 22,000 – 28,000 A reputable energy company is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead technical operations, engineering teams, and strategic initiatives. The role requires a highly capable leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple projects and functions. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage engineering and technical teams. * Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with business objectives. * Oversee technical project delivery and operational support activities. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices. * Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders and project teams. * Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. * Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles. * Strong background in energy, utilities, oil & gas, or industrial sectors. * Excellent leadership, project management, and decision-making skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
