Job Description : Director of Food and Beverages - Indian Ocean country- $$,$$$ A large five star deluxe hotel has a vacancy for a hands on DOFB. The candidate must have 10/12 years experience out of which ADOFB/DOFB experience of 3/5 years with a 5 star international hotel. The hotel has several restaurants, large banqueting besides IRD and Bars . Experience in multi-cultural environment is very necessary for this important role. Experience in Europe/UAE/Mauritius/Thailand/Singapore will be a plus
