20 yearsJob Description : Senior Manager – HR & Admin GUYANA 20+ years experience Indian Army Major or above Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives • Manage performance appraisal systems, KRA/KPI frameworks, and employee development plans • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs • Drive employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance handling • Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and labour laws • Strengthen organizational culture and employee satisfaction initiatives • Oversee administration functions including housekeeping, transport, security, and facility management • Manage office infrastructure, assets, utilities, and vendor contracts • Ensure timely statutory filings, records maintenance, and HR documentation Desired Candidate Profile: • Strong experience in HR & Administration leadership roles • Sound knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance • Expertise in performance management, employee relations, and talent management • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
