Job Description : Head of Sales (FMCG- Food & Beverage) PAN CARIBBEAN The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG sales operations, distributor management, GT/MT channel development, and launching new consumer brands in competitive markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute nationwide sales and distribution strategies. Achieve sales growth, revenue, and market share targets. Build and manage distributor, dealer, and retail networks across Bangladesh. Lead General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), wholesale, and institutional sales channels. Recruit, train, and manage regional and national sales teams. Monitor sales performance, forecasting, budgeting, and market expansion. Ensure strong market execution, product availability, and trade visibility. Coordinate with marketing, production, and supply chain teams for smooth operations. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Maintain strong relationships with key distributors and strategic customers. Drive new product launches and expansion into new territories. Ensure achievement of collection, receivable, and profitability targets. Requirements Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 15–20 years of experience in FMCG marketing (Food & Beverage preferred) Strong understanding of the Bangladesh FMCG market Strategic sales planning FMCG distribution management Leadership and team management Trade marketing understanding Strong negotiation and communication skills Analytical and commercial acumen Budgeting and forecasting ERP/MIS reporting knowledge Salary & Benefits 250k-400k + Car Other benefits as per company policy.
