20 yearsJob Description : Regional Sales Lead - Tyres & Batteries - East Africa This is for a very large group of companies into automobile distribution. This position reports to the Business Unit Manager – Tyres & Batteries Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA preferred). Experience: 8–12 years of experience in tyre and/or automotive aftermarket sales, with strong exposure to TBR, PCR/SUV, and battery categories. Experience in African markets will be a strong advantage. The incumbent will be responsible for driving growth of Trucks, Bus Radial, passenger car/SUV tyres, and battery business through sales execution, channel and key account management, market activation, and control of inventory, credit, and brand performance. Mature & a strategic professional. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commercial negotiation and pricing skills. Good at maintaining relationships at all levels.
